      Native Wildflower Tour of Distant Hill Gardens

      The Native Wildflowers and Plants of Distant Hill Gardens Chose either Saturday, May 18th, or Sunday, May 19th, 2-4pm.  Distant Hill Gardens and Nature Trail is a biologically diverse 125-acre property with an exceptional number of natural habitats, all supporting a wide assortment of native wildflowers and plants. Join Michael Nerrie, Distant Hill’s CEO (Chief Environmental Observer), to take a closer look at the property's native flora. We'll explore the gardens, the calcium-rich forests and fields, and the wetlands of Distant HIll for wildflowers and plants of interest.  CLICK HERE for a photo album of some of the the native wildflowers and plants we may see on the walk. This event is part of the mid-May ‘Open Garden Weekend’ at Distant Hill Gardens. Suggested donation for garden entry and the Native Plant Tour: $5.00/adult.
