Description

The Molson Amphitheatre, also known as the Amphitheatre for short, is a popular outdoor concert venue located in the Ontario Place entertainment/amusement park in Toronto, Ontario. The Molson Amphitheatre is one of Canadaâs premier live music venues and has welcomed over 3 million spectators over its lifetime.

Ontario Place opened in May of 1971 with the original amphitheatre, called the Forum, serving as one of the parkâs main attractions. In the mid 1990s, the Forum came down as plans for a newer and larger venue went up. In May of 1995, the Molson Amphitheatre Toronto opened. The Molson Amphitheatre Toronto is currently owned and operated by one of the nationâs leading names in entertainment, Live Nation.

The Molson Amphitheatre schedule has booked local, national and international entertainment spectaculars. The Molson Amphitheatre Toronto has had many of todayâs most successful musical acts take the stage.
