      LAKE CHARLES: 32-Hour Basic Water (Class 1 and 2) Operator Certification Review. June 24-27, 2013. This class is eligible for Continuing Education Credit for classes 1, 2, 3 and 4 Water.

      DHH EXAM NOTICE:  Pre-application is REQUIRED for all exams. Application should be made thirty (30) days before the exam. This will allow for ample time for approval.  

      Courses:

      • Levels I / II (Basic Water)  Operator Certification Review
      • Continuing Education credits (Water) from 1 to 4 units. A unit = 8 Hr day.

      Fees: (All prices include copies of handouts)

      • 32 Hour Course, $350.00
      • Continuing Education, $125 per day

      NOTICE: Register early (more than four weeks before class start) and get a $25 discount on the 32 Hour Course!

      • Please bring your own California Manuals, a calculator and writing materials.
      • Open and closed certification exams are given according to DHH/OPH exam schedule.
