(Atlanta, GA) March 5, 2004 -- Cypress Equities, the retail development and acquisition affiliate of Staubach Retail, announces that they have reached an agreement with Bass Pro Shops, America's favorite outdoor store, to anchor the retail, restaurant and hotel complex being developed by Cypress Equities' Atlanta-based office.

The mixed-use development will encompass 200 acres on the northeast corner of I-10 and Highway 90 in Spanish Fort, Alabama, on the eastern shore area of the greater Mobile market. The project, to be known as The Market at Spanish Fort will contain in excess of 500,000 square feet of retail space, restaurants, hotels and other complimentary uses.
