Meet at 8am at Dunham's Sporting Good Store in Scottsboro, AL. We will make one stop at the Goodwill parking lot in Kimball, TN at 8:45am to pick up travelers from that area. There's a moderate amount of walking involved. Some hiking/stairs required to view higher elevation places but that is optional. No elevators. Wear comfy shoes ****  ♦ Stop One - Ocoee Welcome Center: Home of the 1996 White Water Olympics. Spectacular views!! ♦ Stop Two - Fields of the Wood Spiritual Theme Park. This place is spectacular and something you will never forget! We will eat lunch at this stop at the onsite cafe. Fields of the Wood is a biblical theme park encompassing more than two hundred acres of beautiful valleys, mountains, streams, and wooded areas. Concrete markers are placed throughout the park depicting the Bible on stones in one of the most unique ways found anywhere in the world. As you enter the park through what is known as the south gate, you will notice three symbols from the Church of God of Prophecy flag that adorn the arch: the scepter representing authority, the star representing guiding light, and the crown of life. You may also notice that the Jewish tribe names of Simeon, Reuben, and Gad are recessed in the structural post in marble. As you continue your drive into the park, you will notice several beautiful features on your left. The Arise Shine marker, the Psalms of Praise, a Baptismal Pool and the Garden Tomb dominate the lower portion of the mountain. ♦ Stop Three - Ms. Be's Purple Bus. This is a really neat stop to stretch our legs, get a group photo and experience a hippie type store located inside a transformed school bus. We should return to Scottsboro by 6pm, just in time for supper.
