LMFAO emerged in 2008 as the Kings of Party Rock. This electro-pop duo consists of uncle, Stefan Kendal Gordy, and nephew, Skyler Husten Gordy. With Barry Gordy as your father and grandfather, respectively, you know that music is running through your veins. They debuted their sound in 2008 with their first single, "I'm In Miami", which became that year's summer party anthem. In 2008 LMFAO embarked on a summer club tour to promote their pulsating singles. The hits kept on coming and their debut album, Party Rock, debuted at #2 on the Billboard US Dance chart and also featured the drinking anthem, "Shots". For the album, LMFAO was nominated for a Grammy for Best Dance Album.

In 2010, they remerged as the featured act on David Guetta's summer anthem "Gettin' Over You" which also featured Fergie on the hook. They recorded their sophomore album, Sorry For Party Rocking, which featured the recent #1 single "Party Rock Anthem" and solidified themselves as the clubs go-to hit makers. In 2011, LMFAO embarked on an Asian tour with scheduled tour dates in Singapore, Manila, Taipei, and Kuala Lumpur. For 2011, LMFAO tour dates are scheduled across the US to promote their US tour and their new clothing line, Party Rock. LMFAO is producing the summer's hottest music.
