This is an historical walk along the city streets of Palmer made famous in 1935 by the federal government's Matanuska Valley Colony Project that brought 203 families from Wisconsin, Michigan, and Minnesota to colonize farmland here. It is hosted by Anchorage Volkssport Club. There are 6km and 10km in this event.
