      edible Food Fest

      The inaugural edible Food Fest in Orange will feature a delicious celebration of the Earth To Table Movement and its unique roots in Central Virginia. Attendees will have a chance to sample the wares of some of the leading farms, restaurants and purveyors from throughout the region in special tasting and demonstrations. Sustainability superstar Joel Salatin will give a keynote speech. Chefs Joe Randall, Matthew Raiford and Orange's own Currey Hay will offer up entertaining and informative chef demonstrations. Noted Central Virginia journalist Phil Audibert will premiere his new documentary in the season: The Edna Lewis Story. Visitors will also be able to meet and learn from a variety of food, gardening and sustainable living experts in our "Chat Room." The festival will also offer up a full range of family fun designed to entertain and delight all ages, including games activities, tastings, demonstrations, live music and more.
