      Wolf Oak Acres Farm to Fork Dinner

      Each fall, Wolf Oak Acres will invite you to join us out on CNY's backroads, meet the farmers, winemakers and brewers, tour our farm, and experience a truly unique meal in the company of friends, neighbors, and fellow supporters of our local food and wine communities. The Farm to Fork Mission is to provide guests and clients with exceptional experiences, to shrink the carbon footprint of the event industry, to increase awareness about the importance of supporting local and sustainable producers, to strengthen local communities & economies, to create new and sustainable income streams for family farmers and craft wineries, and to help demonstrate the vital importance of preserving our communal birthright – farmland.       What Is A Farm to Fork Dinner?

      Welcome to Wolf Oak Acres' Dinner experience! Our FARM to FORK Event is a delectable feast of locally grown foods prepared by professional chef(s) with food supplied by our very own CNY farmers. This farm dinner is designed to reconnect you to the source of your food, and to celebrate the talented farmers and food artisans who are our growers in this county. Our dinner will also highlight some extremely talented local artists and speakers who will complete the evening's activities.

      Our Chef is Victor Ramirez, who will be preparing an exquisite and mouthwatering culinary experience for our guests. Light jazz will be played for your dinner enjoyment by Mushroom Circus. Sarah Smith, from www.sscreationsphotography.com, will be capturing this once a year event from behind the lens.


      We invite you to join us for a memorable experience in the company of friends, neighbors, and those supporting the local farms and farmers who produce your foods .

      Friday September 21

      Our farm will be open to you beginning at 5pm. Those interested in perusing our facilities, mingling, and enjoying the grounds and scenery are welcome. Appetizers will be served around 6:00, with dinner beginning at 6:30pm. Guest speakers will include:
