This course is designed to give you an understanding of the possible myofascial contributions to common shoulder, arm, and upper back pain and dysfunction.

Course Objectives

  • Identify and treat specific trigger points in the upper back, shoulder and upper extremities
  • Understand and treat the underlying structural or functional causes
  • Understand and utilize myofascial release techniques as well as trigger point release
