Description Ink at the Bay will be the first annual tattoo and arts festival at the Monterey Bay. July 20-22, 2012. The tattoo festival will feature tattoo artists from around the globe tattooing on site. A full list of participating artists will be available soon. The event will also feature art from local artists, live music, and a wide variety of vendors. Entertainment for the whole family will include food, face painting, temporary airbrush tattoos, and many more activities. This festival will be open to the public.
