What is a Mason Bee? How are You, the Home Gardener, Connected to Food Production

We have read, heard and seen how modern forms of farming and pesticides have affected our foods but do you know that they are also affecting our foods’ natural reproduction and growth? The Plant Farm’s favorite bee expert, Dave Hunter, is back to share how these modern techniques have affected the bee population in turn reducing the production of fruits, nuts and vegetables. He will also share the importance of Mason Bees for a healthy garden and environment, and how you, the home gardener, can help. In this seminar you will find how easy and fun it is to raise your own Mason Bees and how these buzzing little friends will help your garden grow.
