Friday: March 15th Meet and Greet: 4:30 pm to 8:00 pm
1:00 pm to 5:30 pm Sign in and get your welcome package
4:30 pm to 5:30 pm Cocktail Hour
5:30pm to 8:00 pm Food will be served
Saturday: March 16th 7:00 am - 4:00 pm
8:00 AM: Cooks only sign in and setup
9:00 AM: Tasters sign in (No Earlier No Exceptions)
9:00 AM: Let the Eggfest Begin! The Sunshine State Eggfest begins with the traditional "Lighting of the Eggs". Food will be available all morning and into early afternoon.. Just wander from egg to egg to sample foods and discuss recipes and techniques with the cooks. The tastings begin early so please plan your arrival. Should you arrive after 12pm, you will miss most of the great cooking.
9:30 AM: Big Green Egg 101 Demo
10:00 AM Other Egg Demos TBD
12:00 PM: Ceramic Iron Chef Set up
1:00 PM: The 2012 Sunshine State Eggfest, Ceramic Iron Chef Begins
1:30 PM: Ceramic Iron Chef: Turn-in and Judging begins
2:30 PM: Door prize drawing for cooks begins & announcement of Iron Chef Competition winner
3:00 PM: We will begin shutting down ALL the eggs to allow for sufficient cooling time
3:00 PM to 5:00 PM Breakdown and Clean up. We MUST be off the deck no later than 5:00pm
