Run Your Ice Off 5K and 8K Races

Both races are out and back, mostly on a converted

railroad trail with the beginning and end on

Main Street. The course is flat and should run fast.

WHEN:   Saturday, February 2, 2013 - Rain or Shine!

EVENTS:  5 and 8 Kilometer Races

START TIME:  8K - 8:30 a.m.;  5K - 8:35 a.m.

LOCATION:  Both events will start and end at the fountain on the square  in Uptown Greenwood

RACE HEADQUARTERS:  Check In tent at the Fountain, Uptown Greenwood

PARKING:  City Municipal Parking Lot (Maxwell Avenue and Monument Street)

REFRESHMENTS:  Water and fruit at finish.  Coffee and hot chocolate also available.

COURSE:  Asphalt road and trail

DEADLINE:  ASAP - Performance shirts guaranteed for the first 150 entries only.

AWARDS:  To top male & female, plus top male and female in each age group.

By registering for this event on this website,  I release the sponsors, directors, and officials from all claims of injury or damage resulting from participating in any of the events listed and any damage or injury occuring to and from any of the above events.  I am in the proper physical condition to participate in any of the listed events.
