      Discover how to identify and reduce the painful experiences of anxiety and anger by using mindfulness and meditation in daily life. Includes refreshments. Taught by Kelsang Zamling, Principal Teacher of Kadampa Meditation Center Indianapolis, this course is open to everyone regardless of background, previous experience, or belief.
