      Engage Fort Wayne 2019 offers fresh, inspiring, insights and interactions with proven leaders across various fields and organizations. Guest can register for this free event and chose to attend three/45 minute sessions, from the nine presentations offered. Speaker Bio With over 10 years of experience as an entrepreneur, business owner and customer service manager, Kelly employs the Sandler Training methodologies that reinforces the behaviors, attitudes and techniques needed to take personal and business success to the next level. SARAH ARNOLD Workshop Title: Storytelling, Transparency and Impact in Nonprofits Workshop Description: Stories help create context, they provide meaning and purpose, help us relate and empathize. Sarah Arnold of Fort Wayne Trails will speak about how including storytelling in the marketing strategy of an organization can make or break its community impact. Speaker Bio: Recently recognized as one of the Forty Under 40 who are making a difference in Northeast Indiana, Sarah Arnold brings a fresh perspective in the area of digital marketing and communication challenges that organizations face in the competitive environment today. Sarah joined Fort Wayne Trails, Inc. this past year as Community Engagement Manager, is the CEO of her own Social Media company, Socially Seasoned, LLC., and she is an Adjunct Instructor for Indiana Wesleyan. CARSON CASTLEMAN Workshop Title: Lead From Your Strengths Workshop Description: Do you wonder if you are doing what you really should be doing? Are you brining your best to what you do? Are you getting the most out of your job? Learn why these are important questions and how you can begin to take the steps to discover your own strengths and employ them to benefit other. Speaker Bio: Dr. Carson Castleman, Ph.D in Education Leadership, has served in adult education for more than 23 years and currently holds the position of Vice President of Regional Education and Innovation at Indiana Wesleyan University. His research interests are in the areas of leadership, emotional intelligence, and adult learning. Carson is a certified Myers-Briggs Indicator Trainer, a Strength Finders Coach, and Human Resource executive. LYDIA HENSCHEN Workshop Title: Conflict Management: Leading by Example Workshop Description: Do you find yourself avoiding difficult conversations? How about being unsure if they are warranted? Have you ever walked away from a conflict resolution meeting feeling more frustrated than before it began? Expect to learn about factors that contribute to conflict, keep conflict and hurt feelings going, as well as internal and external conflict resolution skills. This an interactive workshop experience. Speaker Bio: Lydia R. Henschen, LMHCA is currently providing care to Fort Wayne and surrounding area clients at Indiana Center for Cognitive Behavior Therapy. Lydia works with families and individuals of all ages to assist them in meeting their goals in personal growth.  JIM JOHNSON Workshop Title: The R.O.I. of Leadership Workshop Description:  We have all heard about the return on investment (R.O.I.) in terms of business, but there are important aspects to know and understand when it comes to leadership. How are you intentionally getting a return on your leadership investment, involvement and influence? Jim is a proven community  Rob Kee Workshop Title: The Intelligence of Conversation Workshop Description: Join us to learn how you can develop your conversational skills to lead to positive results in your personal and professional life. Speaker Bio: Certified Specialist in the Neuro-Science of Conversation at Rob Kee Solutions, Rob is a Speaker, Author, and Professional Leadership Development Coach. As a Certified Specialist in the Neuroscience of Conversation Rob helps leaders build a trusting environment to produce extraordinary results and create a productive, efficient and creative culture. Rob authored “Point of Decision-God’s Provision vs Man’s Solution” and was a contributing author in the recently released “Called to Coach”. MICHAEL MOFFIT Workshop Title: The Winds of Leadership…Who’s Beneath Your Wings Workshop Description: It takes a village to raise a child. Likewise it takes a host of unsung individuals to put a leader to flight. In an effort to pay it forward, Michael challenges every leader to live life with their head on a swivel, always looking for opportunities to help others succeed. Michael uses his journey from inner city Los Angeles to Lambeau Field and beyond to demonstrate how a passion for leadership can be ignited. For Michael there were key individuals who provided pathways for his future success and empowered him to see past the limitations to limitless possibilities. Speaker Bio: With an Ed.D in Higher Education and Leadership from Azusa Pacific, Dr. Michael Moffitt has spent the last 22 years in Christian High Education. Focused on developing the next generation of leaders Michael has led in areas of university student development, intercultural relations and multi-ethnic leadership. He currently serves as Special Assistant to the President for Corporate & Foundation Relations at Indiana Wesleyan University. Michael played wide receiver for the Green Bay Packers during the 1986 NFL season. He is married to Latrese and together they have two adult children. WAYNE ROBISON Workshop Title: Leadership Matters Workshop Description: Drawing on his extensive experience Wayne will share the Four Pillars of Leadership and how to employ them in your organization. This is information that he wishes he knew when he first began in business. Speaker Bio: Senior executive with over 30 years of experience leading organizations to excellence. Focused on strategic planning, top-line growth, and operational efficiency; have a proven track record of successfully growing revenues, controlling costs, and delivering significant profit improvements. A confident, energetic and action oriented individual who enjoys making things happen and leading people through difficult situations.  Wayne currently owns and operates Robison & Associates and he enjoys speaking to and encouraging other business leaders. BARRY SCHROCK Workshop Title: The Secret to Effectiveness, Productivity and Battling the Weapons of Mass Distraction Workshop Description: With so many stimuli competing for our attention, our ability to focus has be greatly impeded. How do we make it through the day without our brains feeling like scrambled? The capability to enhance personal and group productivity and effectiveness rests on our increased consciousness of how we manage our attention over specific tasks. During this session we will review research, talk about the Weapons of Mass Distraction and how to manage attention, more than time, to get our focus flowing. Participants will leave with actionable steps that they can immediately apply to get extraordinary results. Speaker Bio: Barry is a sought after High-Performance Coach, Keynote Speaker, Leadership Trainer and an expert in helping other discover their innate talents and leverage them for high performance success in any area of their personal and professional life. He is the co-owner and lead Coach of Summit Coaching & Consulting Group. He is a personal coach to numerous C-Suite executives. Barry has studied high performance and mindset for over 25 years, has a masters degree in Educational Leadership from Indiana University and is a Nationally Certified Gallup Strengths Coach.
