Get Your Geek On! Free Computer Classes at the Fayetteville Public Library

The Fayetteville Public Library will offer adults four free beginning and intermediate computer classes in May.

• Tuesday, May 15: Word Up will cover the basic use of Microsoft Word
• Wednesday, May 16: Internet Secrets Exposed, featuring the Great Googley Moogley will discuss the FPL site, internet safety and advanced features of Google
• Tuesday, May 22: You've Got Mail! Learn how to keep email boxes organized and spam free.
• Wednesday, May 23: Work It: Resume Building and Online Job Searching shows participants options for resume creation and job hunting with the internet.

Each class runs 9:30am-11:30am in the library's Computer Lab. Admission is free and open to the public, but registration for each class is required by calling 479-856-7250. Registration begins May 1.

Participants must have a current Fayetteville Public Library card, which is free for Washington County residents. Participants in the You've Got Mail class must have a working email address. For more information or to register, call 479.856.7250.
