Recording Herstory with the Rebellious Sounds Archive

Recording Herstory with the Rebellious Sounds Archive | Meeting Room 1, Exeter Library 2:30 - 4:30pm (2 hours), Friday 29th March 2019 An introduction to recording oral herstories with the Rebellious Sounds Archive. In this 2-hour workshop Project Coordinator Carmen will take you through the process of setting up, recording, storing and sharing oral histories and offer tips and advice learned from the National Lottery Heritage Funded Rebellious Sounds Archive. There will be an opportunity to practice recording an oral history and plenty of time for questions.   Spaces are limited to 6 people on this workshop - if you find you are no longer able to attend, please cancel your place so that another person may come.  Meeting Room 1 is on the ground floor at the back of the library.  For more information on the project, click here. For a map detailing access to the Library, click here. If you have a story of activism to tell, then we will still be recording stories until the end of April 2019. Please get in touch with Project Coordinator Carmen Talbot to arrange a time to record on carment.dreadnoughtsw@gmail.com.
