Emergency First Aid & CPR (May 2012)
This course includes First Aid & CPR guidelines and is designed to meet occupational health and safety requirements for basic first aid. This course is 6.5 to 8 hours in length and includes Emergency First Aid, CPR, and AED certification. All participants receive a Red Cross First Aid & CPR Manual and a certification card.
Course Content:
- Preparing to Respond
- The EMS System
- Check, Call, Care
- Airway Emergencies
- Breathing & Circulation Emergencies
- First Aid for Respiratory & Cardiac Arrest
- Written multiple choice exam (min. passing grade: 75%)
The cost of the course is $65 per person. This must be paid in full on or before March 21st, 2012. Discounts are available for groups of 4 or more.
