 Welcome to our page for the popular Dreamweekend in Negril, Jamaica! This is our 4th year booking this event. We have experience booking various hotels in the Negril area regardless if you are traveling alone or have a group.  Let us know your travel dates and budget and we will let you know which resorts will work for your budget.

Hotel Prices

We are not holding a room block because we book reserve rooms upon request and recieved deposits.

There are about 50 hotels in Negril, mainly small boutique hotels. Common hotels we have booked include but not limited to RIU Negril, RIU Palace, Coco La Palm, Legends, Merrils, Hedonism, Breezes, Negril Treehouse, Hotel Samsara, Sandals and so on...

How to Book

(1) Call 1-855-563-7886 or email johanna@neptunetravelgroup.com for a rate, please indicate your travel dates, departure city only if flight is desired, numbe of people in 1 room, and budget.

(2) Once you receive the most current rates, use the Register Form above and submit your deposit. If you don't deposit on the same day as the quote, you will have to be requoted as rates are always subject to change.

(3) On the registration form you will indicate the hotel for which you have accepted the rate as well as your room choice, roommate, and travel dates.

Air

Each guest is responsible for their own flight or the full cost of the flight can be booked through Neptune Travel Group at the time of quote.  If there are 10 or more people flying from the same city on the same itinerary, a group flight can be booked and each person can make a $100 deposit.

Airport Transfers

Airport transfers are included in the price.  If purchasing hotel only, please provide your flight info once you receive it.

Payment Deadline Per Person

Deposit    Mar 15th   $150 Hotel Only or $250 Hotel & Flight

Pymt #2    Apr 15th   $150 or more per person

Pymt#3     May 15th   $150 or more per person

Balance    Jun 7th     Final Balance, if any

Missed a payment date? Call or email to confirm current rate, pay $150 deposit person, and continue with schedule. If sharing a room, both parties must make deposit to secure room.

Terms & Conditions

Payments are non-refundable and non-transferrable.

Travel insurance is available for purchase and must be purchased with initial deposit.

Name changes and other changes are allowed but may require a fee.

Rates are subject to change until full deposit is made per person.

Late fee of $50 per person applies immediately after final payment date, Jun 7, 2013, if there are prior missed payments OR 3 days after the final payment date.

Passports are required for travel.

No checks will be accepted within 3 days of the final due date nor 30 days before departure.

Return check fee is $35.
