      Overview

      What's the value of your business? What would an investor look for when making an offer for your business?

      Understanding the worth of your businesses tangible and intangible assets is a vital part of the conversation, along with further  analysis of the business. 

      Join us as we discuss how best to structure a deal and valuate the business with Cliff Bishop, Partner & President at Brady Ware Capital for an in-depth discussion!

       

      Box Lunch Request (optional)

      All attendees have the option of purchasing a box lunch for a $9 fee. The lunch includes a whole sandwich (turkey, ham, chicken, or roast beef), chips, a cookie, and a beverage. 

      **vegetarian options available upon request.

      You are more than welcome to bring your own lunch to the session as well!

       Speaker Bio

       

      Cliff joined Brady Ware’s Mergers & Acquisition’s team in 2004 and is President of Brady Ware Capital, and he became a partner in 2013. Cliff has more than 20 years of experience working with middle-market companies. Formerly a Senior Vice President in commercial banking with a large regional bank, Cliff provides creative solutions relating to mergers, acquisitions, and capital raising projects. Cliff’s creativity combined with his extensive experience in structuring, negotiating, and executing transactions equates to exceptional results for Brady Ware clients.

      Cliff earned his undergraduate degree in finance from Indiana University and his MBA from the University of Dayton. He also holds a Series 7 securities registration. Cliff was chosen as one of Dayton’s “Forty Under 40” business leader award recipients and is a graduate of Leadership Dayton. He is an active volunteer/board member with the YMCA of Metropolitan Dayton and currently serves as the Chair of its Board of Directors. He has also been a volunteer for Big Brothers/Big Sisters of the Miami Valley and Junior Achievement in the Dayton Public Schools.
