Historic and contemporary maple-sugaring. Fun activities in the one-room schoolhouse and the Empire State Carousel. Learn about spring tonics in the More House, and watch the blacksmith demonstrate his craft. Taste jack wax: hot maple syrup poured over snow!

Cost: Ages 13 and up: $9.00. Ages 7-12: $5.00. 6 and under are free! Admission includes full breakfast.
