This is a 4-hour intensive program update for ROCKSOLID Ride Qualified Instructors.

RELEASE of LIABILITY I release and hold harmless ROCKSOLID Programs, LLC, its owners and operators from any and all liability, claims, demands, and causes of action whatsoever, arising out of or related to any loss, damage, or injury, including death, that may be sustained by the participant and/or the registrant, while in or upon the premises or in route to or from any of said premises. I understand that appropriate physical contact is required during the instruction of fitness training and I give permission for instructors to make appropriate physical contact with me for such instruction. I understand that weightlifting, cardiovascular and fitness training are potentially dangerous activities & I accept full responsibility for entering into said activities. I understand that physical exertion is a natural part of fitness training and that by registering for this event I am stating I am in excellent physical health and fully capable of completing the training in it's entirety.

CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY: Course registration fees are non-refundable. Should ROCKSOLID Programs, LLC cancel the course, for any reason, registrants will receive a complete refund. Requests to change registration from one course to another must be made to ROCKSOLID Prorams, LLC by email at rocksolid@rsfitnessprograms.com Registrants may transfer their course registration to someone else for a $50.00 fee.

PHOTO RELEASE & AGREEMENT All photos, videos, choreography and written materials (including ROCKSOLID Course Manuals) remain the exclusive property of ROCKSOLID Programs, LLC and may not be used without explicit written permission from Terese McMurray or Monica Maddox. I give permission for ROCKSOLID Programs, LLC to take photos and or videos of ROCKSOLID Programs, LLC rehearsals, program fitness events and course trainings for promotional purposes. I understand that I am giving permission to use these photos and/or videos for publishing use, in printed or electronic format without receiving any monetary compensation whatsoever.
