Smith as a weekend where friends can gather and share moments of quiet, rest, worship, and fellowship.THE RETREAT schedule and planning is intentional about creating space for friends who attend to pray and awaken their lives in Christ.Everyone is invited, however, we do keep the number of attendees small in order to maintain a casual and comfortable environment.  Spaces will fill quickly. If special room accommodations are required for your room please email derek@themwsgroup.com to arrange. The Billy Graham Training Center at The Cove has a strict policy that under no circumstances is anyone under the age of 16 allowed on the grounds. There are no circumstances where this rule can be changed. The Billy Graham Training Center at The Cove does not under any circumstances allow guests of an opposite gender who are unmarried or immediate family members to share a room. There are no circumstances where this rule can be changed. IF YOU ARE SHARING A ROOM WITH SOMEONE AND PAYING SEPARATELY - YOU MUST EMAIL derek@themwsgroup.com so that your room accommodations can be properly arranged. Cancellation fee schedule: Today through April 15, 2019: $200 non-refundable processing fee per person. April 16 through July 14, 2019: 50% of full balance (per person room rate, Ticket fee, and invoiced sales tax) July 15, 2019 and all dates after: No refunds available. ==========================================
