      Dairy Culturing with Marissa Percoco

      One of the defining characteristics of being mammal is our love of milk! In this class, we will explore the many wonderful ways you can ferment milk to make it more wholesesome, digestable, and non-persishable. We will discuss kefir, yogurt, hard, & soft cheeses, whey, and more! Milk kefir grains will be available for purchase for $7. Bring cash and a jelly jar! Pre-registration required. A minimum of 5 attendees is required for this class. An email will be sent to attendees within 24 hours of the class if cancelled, in which case refunds will be issued.
