Things change. From one point of view, nothing could be more obvious, and yet something within us prevents us from accessing the radical freedom that this reality implies.

Buddha taught that nothing lasts, even for a moment. He called this deep change “subtle impermanence.” Understanding and living in accordance with this truth will enable us to become truly free from the past. This half day course will include guided meditation, talks, and discussion.

      Cost: Payment required - 25.00
