Asheville Cinema Festival

The mission of the Asheville Cinema Festival (ACF) is to inspire both filmmakers and lovers of film to embrace and support the world of independent cinema. We strive to bring the best narrative features, documentaries, shorts, foreign, student, and animated films from around the world to the passionate cinema audience of Western North Carolina. ACF also aspires to have as many filmmakers as possible attend with their films. A main focus for our festival is filmmakers sharing/dicussing their film with audiences and other filmmakers, making new connections, and growing from the educational workshops. The popular mountain setting of Asheville, NC provides a perfect backdrop for filmmakers to enjoy ACF.
