Guest Speaker: Sandra Hardcastle
"Gaining and Celebrating Empowerment"
TV host, author and facilitator, Sandra Hardcastle helps individuals identify and deal with issues that hinder progress and personal peace. As a peace coach with eighteen years of experience, Sandra presented the cable TV series, Simple Paths to Inner Peace. For four summers, she held weekly classes on Concepts for Inner Peace and Personal Awareness at the YMCA of the Rockies, Estes ParkCenter.
Sandra authored Discover the Jewel That’s You, a guidebook for learning to love yourself, and has taught numerous continuing education courses, facilitated support groups and conducted classes, speaking engagements and workshops for churches and a variety of community-based organizations.
