On weekdays, between the hours of 7:30am and 4:30pm, all visiting vehicles on the University campus must be parked in public parking areas at a meter, Park & Pay area or the University Parkade. We recommend parking at the University Parkade attached to University Centre, where the conference takes place. The University Parkade is open daily 6am - 6pm. Rates are: $2.00 for each half hour for the first hour, $4.00 for each additional hour or portion thereof or $12.00 daily max.  How can I contact the organizer with any questions? Please email foscomms@umanitoba.ca.   What's the refund policy? Refunds are available up to 30 days in advance.  Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event? Yes. Please bring your printed ticket to the event and present it at the registration desk.  Can I update my registration information? Yes at anytime. If you have any difficulties please email foscomms@umanitoba.ca.   Is my registration fee or ticket transferrable? Your ticket is transferable 2 days in advance. Please email foscomms@umanitoba.ca to confirm.  Is it ok if the name on my ticket or registration doesn't match the person who attends?
