Any proceeds from ticket sales stay in Windsor to help the most vulnerable. The Salvation Army's 5th annual Hope in the City Luncheon is the first step toward life-changing opportunities for the most vulnerable and marginalized in the Windsor community. By attending the Hope In The City luncheon you will assist us with our food bank, community meals, annual Christmas dinner, shelter and homelessness prevention services at our Windsor Centre of Hope facility, life enrichment programs, toys for local children at Christmas, day care services through our Eastwood Learning Corner, support to first-responders and those impacted by traumatic events through our Emergency Disaster Services. This year's keynote speaker is Windsor's own Rosita Hall. She is a University of Windsor Graduate, Canadian Best Selling Author and motivational speaker. Hall was recently selected as one of the 100 Black Women to Watch in Canada. Returning as our Master of Ceremonies is well-known local television broadcaster Jim Crichton, of CTV News Windsor.
