      Hoa‘āina Stewardship Days 2019

      Deepen your kinship with ‘āina by signing up for one or more of The Kohala Center’s Hoa‘āina Stewardship Days! Community members of all ages are invited to join us on guided, half-day learning journeys in the Koai‘a Corridor on Kohala Mountain to plant native trees and learn about Kohala’s natural and cultural landscape. Come deepen your connection to place by helping us heal and restore Kohala’s native forests, the source of our water and well-being. Upcoming Hoa‘āina Stewardship Days (all times 9 a.m. to 1 p.m.): Saturday, June 22Saturday, July 20Saturday, August 24Saturday, September 21Saturday, October 26Saturday, November 23 Space is limited, so please reserve your spots in advance! Details on where to meet and what to bring will be provided in an email upon completion of registration.
