      Mississippi State's Department of Geosciences, with funding from the MSU International Institute’s Displaced Persons Lecture Series, is sponsoring a lecture by Jamon Van Den Hoek, assistant professor in the College of Earth, Ocean and Atmospheric Sciences at Oregon State University. Free and open to all, Van Den Hoek’s lecture is titled “Refugee Camps as Climate Traps? Current and Future Climate Marginality at One Thousand Refugee Camps.”
