      PLEASE READ THE FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS (SCROLL DOWN) We are so excited to provide a venue for you to promote your business to our community. Thank you!  Please take the time to review the following information and let me know if you have any questions. I want you to have a great experience so I encourage proper planning.  JBF Reno has been in the area since Fall of 2010, so we are pretty well known. We have approximately 2,500 shoppers come through the doors during our twice a year, three-day event in the Spring and Fall. Although our focus is on our consignors being successful, we want to be sure that the money you pay to be at our event is money well spent, so we put you right along the check out line. Shoppers see you last before they check out. You can't get any more of a captive audience than that.  With that, you'll want to make sure your space is captivating and eye-catching. It is up to you to bring the customer in and engage them. I definitely recommend that you have something that says your company name. It doesn't have to be a giant banner, but you need something so that shoppers know what you're about. FAQs Can I have food delivered for lunch? Unfortunately, at our new venue, they will not allow outside food. However, you can either leave to eat or eat it outside the building (whatever that looks like to you, haha) or there is food available for purchase at the concession stands (provided they are open). We hate this, but we have no control over it and we're very sorry.  Help! I didn't register in time and now the price is higher. What gives? WE have a deadline, so YOU have a deadline. Your deadline is October 25, 2019 and after that date, the booth fee goes up by $50.  The state gives us a deadline to file or we pay a late fee for each new vendor.  We must transfer that to you. Thank you for not being late!!!  What are my transportation/parking options for getting to and from the event? There is free parking around the Exhibit Hall, you are welcome to park in the front during your set up time. However, please park in the rear during the event to save parking for our shoppers.  What can I bring into the event? You can bring anything that will help shoppers notice your space. If you have a large display, please email us at with pictures so that we can plan accordingly. Some larger displays may not work in our vendor area, due to limited space or may require a premium space fee. How can I contact the organizer with any questions? You are welcome to email or text at 775-291-9309.  What's the refund policy? All vendor space sales are final, NON-REFUNDABLE.  Can I update my registration information? Yes, anytime.  Is my registration fee or ticket transferrable? ONLY to another person in your group. It's really slow afternoon on Sunday, can I breakdown and leave early? NO. I believe it looks bad when we claim to have vendors but they've left. I won't ruin your reputation, so please don't ruin mine.  Where to find us.
