Foxworthy has now sold more than 13 million comedy albums and continues to be the largest selling comedy-recording artist in history. The comedian has received four Grammy nominations for his work, authored eleven best selling books and is the host of his own weekly radio show "The Foxworthy Countdown." He also co-headlined the highly successful Blue Collar Comedy Tour, which grossed more than 15 million dollars and became a feature film. The Blue Collar Comedy Tour, The Movie, which made its network television premiere on Comedy Central in November, was the most watched movie in that channel's twelve-year history and has sold more than two million copies. A sequel "Blue Collar Comedy Tour II: Rides Again" will be filmed in July and make its world premiere on Comedy Central later this year.
This summer Foxworthy will star in the series Blue Collar TV, which he also created and is executive producing. The show will premiere Thursday, July 29, 2004 on the WB network. Blue Collar TV also stars Bill Engvall and Larry the Cable Guy.
