      Experimentation in the Food and Beverage Sector: an innovateUM Workshop

      In this hands-on workshop, Maria Mikkonen (Aalto Design Factory, Finland) will share findings from the Nordic food and beverage cluster and facilitate an activity around designing experiments in developing new products and services. The workshop, which Mikkonen regularly leads through Aalto Design Factory's "Design Bites" program, focuses on the food and beverage industry, but participants from all sectors and levels or experience—from student to seasoned entrepreneur—are welcome. Registration is free but limited.
