The Northwoods Chapter of the Ice Age Trail Alliance Annual Meeting will be held Wednesday, May 1st, 2019 at 6:30 pm at the Lincoln County Services Building, 801 North Sales Street, Merrill, WI 54452

Free to the Public. All are welcome.

Following a brief business meeting, join us for a special presentation, with Dan Watson, Volunteer Coordinator for the National Park Service's Ice Age National Scenic Trail. Dan's impressive background working for the National Park Service for 38 years as both seasonal ranger and permanent employee will grasp on to your curiosity.

Dan will speak on the importance of volunteering throughout the National Park Service (particularly on the Ice Age Trail), a brief review of his earlier park assignments throughout the country, and give an "insiders" look at western fire camps with pictures and videos of some of his security duties throughout the summer of 2017.
