      ImpactU / Gen X Leadership Training

      Right now there are multiple generations in the workplace, the "big three" being Baby Boomers, Gen X and Millennials. Each one is different. Each has unique needs, wants and characteristics that have all be influenced by what was going on around them during their formative years.  This leadership training program, the first of its kind in the nation, is exclusively for members of Gen X (people born between 1965 and 1981). You must be a member of Gen X to attend this session. With Gen X’s unique characteristics and preferences in mind, generational studies pioneer Chuck Underwood will teach members of this often-overlooked generation how to:  Maximize their strengths; Minimize their weaknesses; Effectively lead other generations; and Effectively lead other members of Gen X. This learning opportunity has been approved for 3.75 Society for Human Resources Management professional development credits. HRCI credits pending.
