      Immersion 1 - Hybrid Learning Community

      Hybrid 2.1 Learning Community at a Glance Engage in the way of Jesus by applying principles and practices to build a discipling culture in your context that moves your church or organization:  From sharing Information to reproducing disciples worthy of Imitation    From Recruiting volunteers to Multiplying disciples From having a Ministry to leading a Movement You will experience tools, resources, and time-tested vehicles for moving forward in discipleship and mission. Our team of local leaders will walk alongside as you realistically consider What Is, and look forward in faith to where God is pointing you in terms of What Could and What Will Be in the seasons ahead. Hybrid 2.1 Two-Year Journey / Overview  A total of four (4) 1.5 day Immersion experiences will occur roughly every six months 1-hour online Coaching for the senior leader (or other leaders on your team as you determine) between immersions - Occurs weekly during year 1, every other week in year 2 A total of four (4) 2-hour online Intensives to address additional teaching inputs while digging deeper with training and tactical exercises as you apply resources in your context      Year 1 / Making Missional Disciples Immersion 1: BE Disciples Focus – Show participants how to receive more intentional Jesus- shaped discipleship and integrate this into their closest relationships and new friends Outcomes – Begin receiving intentional discipleship in a Huddle; Process with family and those closest about living as a Family on Mission; Establish UP/IN/OUT predictable patterns; Start connecting with Persons of Peace Deliverables - During this immersion, you will develop a S.W.O.T. Analysis, a Start/Stop analysis, as well as a context specific plan for your church or organization moving forward in the coming six months Immersion 2: CALL Disciples Focus – Show participants how to disciple others and live more missionally with those closest to them and their new friends to form an extended spiritual family Outcomes – Identify 4C Leaders who want to follow and share life; Establish regular orbits of friends and team members into oikos; Begin intentionally discipling leaders in a Huddle; Invite Persons of Peace into oikos in regular orbits Deliverables - During this immersion, you will develop a S.W.O.T. Analysis, a Start/Stop analysis, as well as a context specific plan for your church or organization moving forward in the coming six months     Year 2 / Equipping Missional Leaders Immersion 3: TRAIN Disciples Focus – Show participants how to share the whole Gospel by power of the Spirit in their missional contexts in order to produce greater repentance and faith Outcomes – Begin to practice more organized rhythms of UP/IN/OUT with oikos; Connect with unbelieving Persons of Peace regularly; Share the gospel unbelieving Persons of Peace; Communicate gospel in Social and Public Space for conversion Deliverables - During this immersion, you will develop a S.W.O.T. Analysis, a Start/Stop analysis, as well as a context specific plan for your church or organization moving forward in the coming six months Immersion 4: MULTIPLY Disciples Focus – Show participants how to multiply families on mission by training and multiplying spiritual parents who lead Huddles & Missional Communities Outcomes – Organize Family on Mission efforts into Missional Communities (MC’s); Multiply MC’s by training and launching MC leaders; Multiply Huddles by identifying pioneers to lead future MC’s; Maintain integration of Huddle and oikos Deliverables - During this immersion, you will develop a S.W.O.T. Analysis, a Start/Stop analysis, as well as a context specific plan for your church or organization moving forward in the coming six months   Who will lead us on the Journey? Our local 3DM Team will share CONTENT for building a discipling culture in your context.  These certified leaders provide COACHING based on their years of walking along the road with countless leaders. You will also receive CONSULTING in the onsite immersions as these practitioners assist you in applying the Teaching and Training to the Tactics appropriate in your context.    Gina Mueller serves as the 3DM National Board Chair and also leads the Upper Midwest and Northeast Hub.     What is the investment?
