      A Century of Homebrewing

      Charlie Papazian, considered the father of homebrewing, will present A Century of Homebrewing from 5-7 pm Thursday, April 9, at the Global Village Museum of Arts and Cultures. An American nuclear engineer, brewer, and author, Papazian founded the American Homebrewers Association in 1978 and the Great American Beer Festival in 1982. He is the author of The Complete Joy of Home Brewing, published in 1984. The program is in conjunction with the Museum’s Main Gallery exhibit, Brewing History: Fort Collins’ Global Connections.
