Lunch & Lab | The GDX Analytics Service: Understanding user journeys online & offline

We need to learn from every transaction to continuously improve the service experience for British Columbians. The GDX (Government Digital Experience) Analytics Service helps you do that online and offline. We have built a data pipeline to analyze interactions with your online and offline applications using custom measurement and reporting models. Our system allows you to link together data from diverse sources and present it together in near real-time self serve dashboards. Your analysts have access to modelled data or raw feeds so you can get a full picture of how your service is performing.  Who will benefit from attending? If you want to better understand your service, this is for you. Whether you run a website, front counter service, or back office process, we will walk you through how our tools work, the tech behind them, the onboarding process, and what you can expect to learn. Presenter Dan Pollock is the Lead Data Scientist with GCPE. His team is working to enhance the Government of B.C.’s ability to gain meaningful, data-driven insights on how services are delivered to citizens, online and offline.  Register today! By registering, you will be helping us in our ongoing discussion to improve and bring in talks that interest you. Questions? Contact us at CSILab@gov.bc.ca.
