      TICKETS are for the SUPERVISED DANCE AREA for AGES 8yrs-12yrs. For general admission into Hauchella it is  just a gold coin donation on entry to enjoy the food and fun festival vibes. Gates to Hauchella open at 4pm Live DJ BMC begins 5.30pm and finishes at 7.30pm. The Hauchella gates will close by 8.30pm Haumoana School is super excited to present "Hauchella" It's going to be our little spin on the famous music festival held each year in California called "Coachella" All set in the stunning location of Haumoana school's official cricket ground..the Clifton County Cricket Club! This year we can announce guest DJ BMC for a live set from 5.30pm-7.30pm for ages 8yrs-12yrs in the supervised dance area. It's a chance for kids from right across Hawke's Bay to come together and enjoy plenty of fun, music and dancing in the open air with delicious food and fun festival vibes. While they dance into the night we can wrap the rest of you up in warm heart felt, Haumoana Hospitality with some delicious food, music, and festival vibes. The ticket covers the supervised dance party area from 5.30pm-7.30pm (8yrs-12yrs) The rest of the family is just a gold coin donation on entry. The family festival area will include inflatable fun, delicious food, festival face paint, chill out area, music and plenty of good friendly festival vibes! The Haumoana kids are pumped, and we plan on making this into an awesome event on the calendar for the friends and Whanau of Hawkes Bay to enjoy in years to come! Get ready to kick off the summer Haumoana Hauchella style! Friendly reminder: This is an alcohol/smoke free event.  Hauchella is an eco friendly event FAQs Is there a postponement date if the weather is bad on the 15th November? Yes there is. We will notify any postponement of event via the Hauchella Facebook page and the Haumoana School community and events page on Facebook. The postponment date is the 21st November (Thursday) Sorry there will be no refund on any tickets if you are unable to attend Hauchella on this postponement date. We pray for a good day! What are my transport/parking options for getting to and from the event? We highly recommend car pooling. Please ensure you drive carefully through Te Awanga village and abide by any special speed limits imposed on the farm. Hauchella parking hosts will be there to guide you and it will be well sign posted.There will be plenty of parking around the Cricket ground and in nearby farmland with transport if needed to take anyone to Hauchella if too far to walk. Gold coin donation on entry or please present event brite tickets to receive your childs Hauchella wristband. Please inform us via Facebook message if any special parking requirements are needed. ie disabled parking spot required Will there be wristband sales for the supervised dance area(8yrs-12yrs) on the gate the day of the event? Tickets to Hauchella are limited so to avoid missing out we highly recommend you buy tickets for the supervised dance tent (8yrs-12yrs) online at www.eventbrite.com before the event. General admission to Hauchella is just a gold coin donation on arrival at the event. What time does DJ BMC kick off in the supervised dance area? Gates to Hauchella open at 4pm. The live DJ (BMC) in the supervised dance area for kids 8yrs-12yrs does not begin until 5.30pm. This allows kids to enjoy their friends, food, drink and good vibes before hand. The live DJ (BMC) will finish by 7.30pm. The gates to Hauchella will close at 8.30pm Will there be Eft-pos facilities? Yes there will be a cash out eft-pos facility. There will be a $2.00 charge for every transaction What can I bring into the event? Lots of coins! We highly recommend bringing cash to save waiting in lines. A water vessel is a good idea for your child. Warm clothes-Hauchella is an outdoors event. Comfy footwear. Child safety It's important to know your child is safe. Please supervise young children that are not old enough for the supervised dance area. Please be aware of rescricted areas at Hauchella. What's the refund policy? Sorry, there will be no refunds. Feel free to pass your wrist band onto someone else if you cannot make it on the day.  Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event? YES! Tickets are for the supervised dance area only (8yrs-12yrs) The rest of the family does not need a ticket for general admission into Hauchella, just a gold coin donation. Please print your ticket or provide it on your phone at the gate to receive your childs wrist band.  Are there ID or minimum age requirements to enter the event? There is no ID required to enter this event. We do advise that the supervised dance area is only for kids aged 8yr-12years old and tickets must be purchased on line at www.eventbrite.com before event. This will give them access to Hauchella and the supervised dance area. CHILDREN MUST BE ACCOMPANIED BY AN ADULT OVER THE AGE OF 18 to enter Hauchella. Please no unaccompianed children or drop offs.  The rest of the family do not need a ticket to enjoy the food and atmosphere while the kids enjoy their time dancing in the supervised dance area (8yrs-12yrs) What is the best way to contact organisers?
