      We recently issued communications regarding our up and coming webinars on 16 and 19 September, where teachers learn about the background, rationale and the impact of CCEA Key Stage 2 Vikings Minecraft curriculum resources. If you haven’t registered for one of them yet, you can still do so here Following on from the webinars, CCEA are excited to inform you about the next stage of our Minecraft journey – Digital Games-Based Pedagogy in The World Around Us Roadshow, running from 7–18 October 2019. These one-day free teacher professional learning events, provided by Microsoft, are taking place in various venues throughout Northern Ireland - the CCEA Key Stage 2 STEM in Minecraft Vikings resource will set the context for this initiative.Teachers will get a hands on experience of using Minecraft in an educational setting, using the CCEA Viking Resources.The Roadshow is suitable for: Key Stage 2 Teachers; and/or Primary School Teachers with an interest in games-based learning.   These are full day events.  Registration is from 8.45am for a 9am start, with an expected finishing time of 4pm.  Please select one event only. Catering is provided. There will be no sub-cover. Spaces are limited and are offered on a first-come, first-served basis, so book early to ensure you secure a space.We are looking forward to seeing you there!
