Come and experience the power of your own breath and the innate healing capacity of your own body, supported by nature and music, in community. We work with a technique called conscious connected breathing, that is at the core of Rebirthing Breathwork. This group breathe is open to newcomers and experienced breathworkers. There are 4 upcoming event dates: 23rd of November - nearly fully booked! 21st of December with Live music from Eliza Kenyon 25th of January 21st of March with Live music from Eliza Kenyon Cost: Group breathes - sliding scale of £25/20/15/10. With Live music - sliding scale of £30/25/20/15. Pay what you can afford. Advanced booking is essential as these breathes are limited to 12 participants. Time: 10am to 12.30pm. Please arrive by 9.45am to have time to land and settle. We will start promptly at 10am. Location: In the beautiful nest at the Glade in North Woods, Dartington.
