      Welcome to the Awakening Joy course, based on the book and online course by James Baraz and Shoshana Alexander.  MONDAYS 7-8.30.Please note-YOU PAY ONE FEE FOR THE 10 WEEK COURSE. IT IS A PROGRAMME.I hope the course supports you in opening up to greater well-being in your life. People from all over the world are sharing the course with you. There are over 700 people from 22 countries taking the course.My name is Laura O’ Connor and I’ve taken the Awakening Joy course 3 times. This year I am training as a teacher of the material and  I look forward to sharing it with you and spreading peace, joy and contentment in your lives and those of all you touch. This material truly has a positive rippling effect. Once you commit to the course, the change begins!The course is based on 3 principles:1 Developing and increasing wholesome or healthy states of mind - states that lead to genuine happiness2 Noticing the feeling of gladness that accompanies wholesome states. Being very present for the uplifting feeling of well-being that accompanies these states3 Invlining the mind towards joy or well-being. Over time practicing in this way becomes a habit in the mind. As the neuroscience axiom goes “Neurons that fire together, wire together”.  Please note-YOU PAY ONE FEE FOR THE 10 WEEK COURSE. IT IS A PROGRAMME. You cannot join the workshop after week 1.
