      Mindfulness 2.0 is a continuation course from the 4-week Introduction to Mindfulness Course, or for those with some previous experience of a mindfulness practice. This course provides further support and training on your ongoing Mindfulness journey, with progressive tools that will focus on the cultivation of authentic happiness and ultimately, transformation. The course will allow you to re-invigorate and deepen your mindfulness practice in a motivated group of like-minded people. Who is this course for?This course is designed for people who have some experience with a Mindfulness practice – either having attended a previous introduction course or experience with your own practice. If you are new to mindfulness it is recommended that you attend the 4-week Introduction to Mindfulness course first, which will give you a thorough introduction to the course and is for beginners to the practice.What will you learn?In this 4-week Mindfulness 2.0 course you’ll go deeper into your mindfulness practice and the course will include: Dynamic meditation techniques to connect with the inner stillness Insight meditation practices to explore our relationship with objects and our minds; and gaining deeper insights into our thoughts and emotions Discovering what authentic happiness is for you and techniques to cultivate it daily How to recognise and let go of resistance – what you resist persists!
