      November 2, 2019  Training on the Family Child Care Environment Rating Scale- 3rd Edition (FCCERS-3): All About the FCCERS: A Training with An Author  Join us for this training on the Family Child Care Environment Rating Scale-3rd Edition (FCCERS-3). If you work with children in your home, this training is designed for you and will introduce you to the FCCERS-3. You’ll uncover where and when the scales are used and how they measure quality in your program. Activities will be provided that will help you become more familiar with the format and content of the FCCERS-3. We will discuss how the scale requirements can be interpreted and scored and how procedures for completing observations can be conducted. Additionally, in-depth information will be shared about specific items of the scale, indicators and research findings.     Target Audience: Family Child Care Providers, Mentors, Trainers and Consultants 6 Hours Awarded of Professional Development   Date & Time: Saturday, November 2, 2019, 9:00 am to 4:00 pmTrainer: Cathy Riley, MS, BS, Co-author of ITERS-3   Location: The Common Man, 25 Water Street, Concord, NH 03301 Registration is $20.00 This includes: Buffet Lunch and the Book: "Family Child Care Environment Rating Scale-3rd Edition" (FCCERS-3)     Child Care Aware of NH will be adding trainings taken through Eventbrite into the NH Professional Registry. If you register for this training, Child Care Aware of NH Staff will be adding this training to your registry record and you will have it available on your training transcript once you complete the training.
