      The micro biome and the beneficial bacteria in your body are responsible for nutrient absorption, serotonin production, and proper assimilation. Come learn how to create ferments in your own home. This class will introduce you to: lacto-fermentation of vegetables, kefir, kombucha, and mead making. We will incorporate medicinal herbs and wild foods into our ferments to create wild, probiotic, medicinal, superfoods. Gluten Free and vegetarian/vegan lunch will be served.
