About  From November 8 to December 15, the Thomas Cole National Historic Site is open Friday through Sunday, 10:45 AM to 4:00 PM. Visitors must join a guided tour to enter the Main House. Tours begin every hour on the hour from 11:00 AM to 3:00 PM. Each tour is limited to twelve people and lasts approximately 45 minutes. The Visitor Center closes at 4:00 PM. Ticket Terms Online tickets must be purchased at least one day in advance of your visit. Tour tickets are for a specific date and time. If you need to make changes to your reservation, you may transfer to another available date and time using this online system at least one day in advance. No changes or cancellations may be made on the day of your visit.
