      3hr half-hour WorkshopAn Introduction to Transformational Breath® This workshop is a 3 and a half-hour introduction, to the powerful and life-changing Transformational Breath®, which will enable you to find freedom from emotional blocks which cause, Anxiety, Stress, Burnout, Depression and Dis-ease.
