Sundaze Soul Service

Sundaze Soul Service has started as my way to give back to those seeking and searching for connection to others but also as a way to connect to something bigger than ourselves. I’ve been teaching yoga asana for several years and now have the space to offer service in the form of classes and workshops where I can offer more To the community. this service will be a mix of short dharma talks w gentle movements , breath work and chanting the holy names. All are welcome & it is for all levels No need to reserve a ticket - just come Class is every week starting Sunday at 10am. My hope is to transport beyond our material nature and constraints. Please come with flexible schedule as class may run beyond an hour its important to dress with layers and Bring a yoga mat send a text or email so I know to expect you om.sweet.om11@gmail.com Treats or donations to share with the group are welcome if you feel compelled tp make an offering ***more events to come including kirtans and art offerings ***
